Nzingha is an award winning Makeup Artist and have won numerous awards including,Two MTV Awards, and  NABFEME Fashion & Style Executive of the Year Award, including numerous VH1 Fashion Awards Nominations. She has continued to to lend her Makeup Artisry to the entertainment industry for 30 years. NZINGHA has also worked with film and TV actors Will Smith, Kerry Washington, Terrance Howard, Mo’Nique, Gabby Sidibe, Queen Latifah, Farrah Fawcett, Paula Patton & Danny Glover just to name a few.

Come gain rare insight on the pathway to becoming a make-up artist for Film & Television.

Marsha started her own company Hidden Agenda in 1998 offering administrative services to some of the top music industry producers and engineers of the day. The company later expanded operations to offer media coaching to clients who sought to become more confident with public speaking.  Hidden Agenda currently focuses solely on special event production.  In 2017, the company produced the first annual LOL Comedy Honors.

A recent report from stated how African American women saved democracy by exercising the right and power to vote. This special panel will showcase several films dealing with the importance of voting followed by a panel discussion and voters registration.

Dr. Cynthia Ashley

Dr. Cyndi Ashley is a publicist, emerging filmmaker, independent certified in-studio/field producer, director, writer event planner, author, speaker, talk show host, public advocate, media literacy educator, scholar, empowerment, and recovery specialist. She is the Chairwoman of Restoring Our Community Media & Arts Network Foundation and the Founder/President of Total Faith Network Television (TFN-TV) Media Enterprises., Inc. An independent broadcast, cablecast & webcast television network. Registered as a Minority Women’s Business Enterprises.  Dr. Ashley produces programs on varied topics, which impact the spheres of culture that includes: Religion, Family, Education, Government, Health, Media, Arts & Entertainment, and Business. She’s currently writing biography and in pre-production for the  documentary of the late great Tuskegee Airman Lt. Col. Floyd J. Carter, Sr.

As executive producer and talk show host for the flagship show on TFN-TV she has access to multiple media online and offline formats which include print, video email, radio, Internet radio, interactive & Internet television, and more. TFN-TV produces live streams, webcasts, and virtual learning presentations. Currently, Over-The-Air commercial and commercial-free programming Dr. Ashley is seen throughout the country (Midwest, Northeast, and West coast). Aamina Green hails from New Iberia, Louisiana. She studied film at Dillard University in New Orleans, La. She is currently a graduate film student at the City College of New York. Aamina Green’s professional credits include, but are not limited too, Rodeo and Juliet (Script Supervisor), Cover Me (1st and 2nd AC), and The Meka Jean Project (1st and 2nd AC).

Filmmaker Bio

First time filmmaker hailing from Sunny South Florida but now resides in New York City. Jhe is a filmmaker and author who has a burning passion for the art of storytelling. Jhe has attended Miami Dade College for Film Production and is current pursuing a degree in Creative Writing.
